We would emphasize that for thousands of years the global war of worldviews has been ongoing – not between countries or peoples, but between bearers of different concepts, that is, different ideological standards. By and large, slavery in one form or another is acceptable to some people, so in practice they build a tense social management model “Pax” in one or another form of its modifications. Others advocate a socially just structure of society and are looking for ways to build a harmonious system of collective interconnection (which Western colleagues have called the Union model). So in every country, in every territory, in every nation, and therefore in every state exist one and the other.
Based on the previous designation, the term “West”, used today as a standard generalization of all Western peoples, is conditional, since each Western country has bearers of different ideological standards. Conditionally, the collective West is conditionally homogeneous. The word “conditionally” means that this is, in fact, not the case. “Conditionally” the collective West is conditionally “the West”, if we talk about the overall quality of algorithms. It is a profound mistake to consider the average integral indicators as a basis or as the only possible and only correct solution. Because in any kind of “average integral”, and even more so in what is called the «collective West”, there are large deviations from what is called the normal distribution or the Gauss-Laplace distribution. Not to mention 3 sigma, i.e. a deviation from what is conventionally called the norm.
The Pax system a priori assumes a struggle between different factions for power, and as a result, social tension arises in society. So because of this, in the West, in such arch-aggressive conditions, closed organizations have been created and operating for centuries, which strive to preserve and transfer knowledge from generation to generation.

Notably, as soon as one of these organizations tries to legalize itself and leave the shadows, others immediately try to destroy it. This phenomenon is explained by the fact that an organization that moves from its clandestine nature to the level of collective inclusive thinking is perceived by others as a threat, purporting leadership, which means that in the reasoning of “Pax” — to suppress the others. That is why there is an unspoken unification of the other closed organizations against the one, which in reality can offer a more effective system of living arrangements based on a system of developing and making collective decisions. It is perceived to be, by those who are not ready for an open protocol, and are accustomed to a system of omissions and at the least to double standards, an alien element that must be eliminated. Western colleagues themselves have described this phenomenon as a system of “checks and balances”.
The servants of closed organizations can be attributed to the bearers of either conservative or innovative thinking, performing the function of keeping Western society from total mistakes. Conservatives are those who are always in the service sector, including the service of a particular cult. Their main task is to ensure stability, and to preserve and protect traditions. The second group is the innovators. Innovation can be both progressive, forming new knowledge for society, and also become extreme or even extremist, to radically deviate from accepted social norms in society.
Based on the specifics of the collective West (more precisely, conditionally collective, and as we already understand unambiguously diverse), it is with these extremes (innovators and conservatives) that we actually need to work. In order to survive in arch-aggressive conditions, their desire to unite in closed groups, sometimes growing into quite extensive communities, is comprehendible and understandable. And we are aware of such examples. Thus, the Russian Federation has established its embassies in the Vatican and has an embassy in the Order of Malta. These are very large communities, including their different subgroups.
For example, the Vatican is a separate state of an extraterritorial nature, not tied to any one territory, nor to one nationality. Today it includes the Holy See, which is the governing center of the Roman Catholic Church represented by the Roman Curia, and the Vatican city-state, which is the residence of the Pope. About 30 structures of order are under the control of the Roman Catholic Church.

Their principles of operation can be studied in detail separately, but, in general, we can say that decisions in these structures are made behind closed doors and the world learns only about the results of those decisions. Nevertheless, there is an opportunity to talk with such communities, and most importantly, there is an opportunity to conduct a dialogue. That is, you can both convey information through the embassy and receive requests from them, since these communities have an interest in ensuring stability, sustainability, and collective security. And now, during a difficult time, when there is another active redistribution of the world, dialogue is needed, and in some cases, a polemic with the closed structures of the West.
It is the closed structures that have an extraterritorial character and manage geopolitical strategic processes that conduct special operations at the strategic level. In particular, here we can talk about such difficult and far incomprehensible phenomena to the layman as, for example, the egregore-matrix effect.
The management of social processes at this level runs by the launch of trends directing the formation and transformation of mindsets, the psycho-emotional mood of large groups of people, possibly of entire nations. Moreover, it must be taken into account that this is just a tool, the phenomenon of the egregore-matrix influence in itself is not an evil and not a panacea. It can be used to launch both socially useful, and destructive processes in society.
Let’s stipulate that the term “egregore-matrix management” found in open sources is not accurate. Terminological inaccuracies and errors arise due to the fact that people who encounter new knowledge are forced to call them by the terms that are present in their vocabulary. Accordingly, they describe a new phenomenon from the perspective of the knowledge they currently possess.
The egregor-matrix effect refers to the processes of the interconnection level. Interconnection is not a managerial process, but a more complex one, standing hierarchically higher, involving the unification of diverse elements.
Accordingly, people who have values corresponding to a high level of spiritual development, who are truly cognizant and possess more than just applied knowledge can engage in such an extremely complex task. What exactly they should have, we will not specify here, so as not to create the possibility of ignorant interpretation-distortion so familiar to modern would-be managers, of whom there are now too many.
Would-be managers are now very cunning and ready to quickly copy everything, imitate everything, adopt and place operatives based on their own principle of clan or group codependency. But to implement the processes on the level of interconnection, we need not hypocritical managers who are used to taking credit for the minds of their subordinates, but people who are knowledgeable and understand a little more.
To elaborate, we will give several well-known examples, to one degree or another describing the process of egregore-matrix impact.
For thousands of years, Western society and special structures have been trying to understand this phenomenon and master the methods of its use. One can recall the activities of the Ahnenerbe, which was engaged in the occult and ideological support of the state apparatus of Nazi Germany. Or the work of the Thule society, which, on an occult and mystical basis, was engaged in the study of the origin of the “Aryan race”. Persons associated with this society made a significant contribution to the creation of the German Workers’ Party, which later grew into the Nazi Party. And they actually brought Hitler to power, and then accompanied him while he was in power, providing, among other things, methods of working with large groups of people. Many books have now been written about the activities of these organizations, even in the notorious internet encyclopedia Wikipedia you can find enough information about the activities of the above-mentioned organizations.
Phenomena of the same order include historical facts of victories won by an army with fewer soldiers over an army superior in numbers. There is a well-known phenomenon when the high morale of soldiers, for example, during the battles of the Great Patriotic War, allowed them to win even in conditions of significant technical dominance of the enemy.
Note the different understanding of the historical process in the West and in Russia, which is reflected even in the names of historical events. Thus, the West calls the events of 1939-1945 the Second World War, while for Russia the events of 1941-1945 are called the Holy or Great Patriotic War.
The events of 1812 are referred to by Western historiography as: The Russian Campaign (from the French Campagne de Russie), English and American versions: The French Invasion of Russia (the Second Polish War, the Second Polish Campaign, or simply the War of 1812). For Russia, it was the Patriotic War of 1812.
The difference in names shows that in the Russian worldview, war cannot be just an ordinary event, it is always a big trouble. This is not just a battle for territory and resources, it is a war for meanings, for life itself, a war in which the manifested and the unmanifested take part. That is presicely why for Russians the concept of Holy War is clearly understood, and Russian soldiers can win only in a holy war.
And those who forgot about the concept of “Holy War” while listening to all sorts of bloggers, the choir of the National Liberation Army of the People’s Republic of China will remind them [1]. Russia and the People’s Republic of China jointly celebrate Victory Day of the Great War, where for the USSR and for the People’s Republic of China, losses amounted to at least 40 million inhabitants for each state. Therefore, the choir of the National Liberation Army of the People’s Republic of China sings a song about the holy war in Russian in front of the country’s leadership. From the position of the Chinese Central Committee, it is for the protection of the cultural values of two fraternal peoples. A reminder to us, who are living now, about our fathers, grandfathers, and great-grandfathers. About how difficult it was for them. And such a performance of the song also refers to interconnection technologies, if you were to suddenly ask, or if someone would guess for themselves before reading these lines.
As we have already said, Western society shows a very strong interest in the study of egregore-matrix impact technologies. It is worth mentioning the colossal global success of the film “Avatar”, created by thinking Americans, which demonstrates methods of collective interconnection.

Moreover, the egregore-matrix effect is studied and actively applied in practice by special organizations such as Carnegie Center. These organizations regularly conduct special information and algorithmic operations aimed at the correction or start of long-term processes.
It may be unbelievable, and may also be surprising, but the very idea and implementation of such phenomena as the Olympic Games or other sporting or mass events are just as related to the phenomenon of the egregore-matrix impact, namely, the attempt of one group or another with the resources available to them, which includes human resources, and with assistance from certain specialists, put the management of the elements and unmanifested processes into practice. Naturally, the quality of the managers in such organizations often doesn’t correspond to the tasks that are set before them, or rather their understanding is poorer than what is required to comprehend those issues they undertake.
From this comes the desire to use technical means and involvement of large groups of people in order to compensate for the lack of the spiritual forces necessary to implement the egregore-matrix effect. In popular culture, one can recall another cult film, the Matrix, which shows that people are used as batteries to maintain the public order that the architect conceived.
With the help of mass events, would-be managers try to control the unmanifested through the creation of one or another matrix, using symbols and images for the formation of a psychoemotional shockwave, or its discharge, along with the help of technical tools. People, words, objects, and symbols can serve as keys with which you can enter a particular matrix or gain access to a particular egregore. All these keys are just tools and this does not mean that one can handle them. Moreover, an inexperienced person will not even understand what to do with them, and if they try to use them, they will most likely get injured, as happens in any industry. Some matrices are stored for a very long time and are pulled out only on special occasions, just as a girl doesn’t wear her special dress every day. The keepers of the keys themselves, of this particularly valuable material, may not even realize, nor particularly understand what they hold and what it can be used for.
Mass events are like artificial fuel for conducting special operations. We shall clarify some more details. A holy man, an authentic one, not someone who’s just appointed, changes the matrix of events simply by his presence. But also the prayer of a righteous man, uttered even in a whisper, will be stronger than a matrix artificially pumped up at a stadium or at a rally. One can even say, and in many ways it will be justified, that natural disasters are a reaction of the outer world to the half-witted actions of would-be managers due to their attempts to play at the level of processes that they do not fully understand.
A righteous person (one who does righteous deeds, but may make mistakes and suffer due to his mistakes) turns to higher powers through prayer to change the matrix of events. And for this, he does not need to hold bright rituals and make a lot of noise. The prayer will be heard if a person does righteous deeds and sincerely strives to make the world a better place. This means that he is able to recognize his wrong actions, admit mistakes and correct them. And here there is no need to cry, to bang your head against the wall or the floor, as such actions speak of the opposite phenomenon — of Satanism, and not at all about the desire for holiness.
Closed groups from the Western territories have repeatedly tried, and continue to conduct special operations against Russia in order to deprive it of Its strong-willed center and to prevent it from regaining full-fledged subjectivity. And this has always manifested itself in areas that at first glance seem to have nothing to do with politics or war. For example, for almost 100 years now, soccer has been just a tool for the state to show its worth on a global level. We will reveal one case in a little more detail. So, in 2018, Russia hosted the FIFA World Cup. And the question was, of course, not about soccer at all. The bottom line is that the host country of the world championship shows itself as a political actor. It gains real control levers and the ability to steer at a global level. The level of organization of the event shows how successful and prosperous the political regime is. The show itself is created in order for someone to take advantage of it. It is important to emphasize that the real opportunities open up precisely for the host party, on whose territory the action itself is carried out. And, of course, the essence of the event is not the soccer spectacle itself, but the level of organization of the event and the actions around the most official show.
That is why Western closed structures were very concerned about Russia’s success, which no one expected, because it was, first of all, a geopolitical success. Preparations for the championship were difficult, officials laundered huge amounts of money on the construction of stadiums, the team was poorly prepared and was losing in training matches.
In general, everything was going wrong for the Russians – the grass on the field wasn’t green enough, the stadiums were not ready, the team was failing, the public was outraged. The whole world was watching Russia, and no one understood what the Russians would actually collect points on. Each opponent wasn’t any weaker, and more often was stronger than the Russian national team.
But before the event, the country got a hold of itself. The president himself joined in, because at that time soccer ceased to be just a sport, and it became a kind of political confrontation with the West. Therefore, we had to pull it off, and displayed an amazing result that no one expected from us.
In the first match against Saudi Arabia, the magic of incredible goals was demonstrated. Russia scored 5. Provided that the Arabs had a strong team, everyone was hoping that Russia could at least draw. Everyone who knew the political situation understood that this was not just soccer. For Russians, it was a landmark event—all of Russia defended the honor of the country, its right to subjectivity and identity. And the collective interconnection allowed the Russian team to confidently move forward. What a penalty kick it was in the 1/8 finals of the Russia-Spain match [3]!
In such conditions, Western special structures applied technological solutions to defuse the matrix of successful events for the Russian national team, which Western analysts called “The Russians are coming.” So during the Russia–Croatia game, an unprecedented hacker attack was staged. During that time, the game ended in a draw with a score of 1:1. All of the players and the audience went on a break to get away from the heavy emotional stress, although, most of the viewers could not connect back to the broadcast. Throughout the extra game, instead of the actual broadcast of the match, a screensaver was displayed showing the match was over and that Russia had lost with a score of 1:3. At the time, in fact, the game continued and was very difficult – the roaring stands of Sochi alone were clearly not enough to support our national team.
Surprisingly, the Croats scored the second goal and took the lead almost simultaneously with the beginning of the hacker attack. And at this time, almost the entire country was swallowing Validol. Frustrated, discouraged, and not understanding what was going on, the audience was stressed out. Looking at the result that was shown on all the screens, many viewers were at a loss, but they took the result as a given, although no one really wanted to believe these figures. Thus, the discharge of the matrix took place. It is worth noting here that at that time, the layman was not familiar with such concepts as fake news or hacker attacks, so out of habit, most trusted television and believed that it could not lie.
Almost at the end of the game, Russian specialists managed to stop the hacker attack and restore the video signal to the network. And at this time, just a few minutes later, the exhausted Russian team suddenly, by some absolutely unrealistic miracle, broke out of the technical haze and leveled the score to 2:2. Unfortunately, our national team did not have enough energy for the post-match penalties. But in general, what the Russian national team showed at the 2018 championship was enough to defend the country’s honor on the world stage.
Another recent example of a technical attack is the interruption of the speech given by the President of the Russian Federation on March 18, 2022 during the concert of the anniversary of the Reunification of Crimea with Russia [4]. The broadcast of the speech was interrupted precisely at the culminating meaningful part of the President’s speech, the essence of which boils down to the fact that Russia has won, is winning, and will win. Here is the text that millions of viewers were not allowed to listen to simultaneously: “It so happened that the beginning of the operation coincided – quite coincidentally – with the birthday of one of our outstanding military leaders, canonized – Fyodor Ushakov, who throughout his brilliant military career has not lost a single battle. He once said that these thunderstorms would go to the glory of Russia. So it was then, so it is today, and so it will always be!”

The same category of operations of egregore-matrix impact includes: the sinking of the Guards missile cruiser “Moskva”, the massacre in Bucha, and other larger or smaller scale events that are constantly conducted and related to a series of special operations to prevent the restoration of the subjectivity of Russia. But how effective are they? Did the Butch massacre and other fictions invented by these fictionalists work in the way the organizers planned them? How do their plans correlate with the results they obtained? Furthermore, based on many years of experience, it is obvious that the error will be so big that the consequences of the operations are practically unpredictable. It turns out that would-be managers cannot accurately predict, much less implement their plans to the fullest and get the result they need.
The current young elite of the West, raised on gambling, began to play where it was not necessary to at all. Hence the serious crises that are taking place all over the world. At the same time, it should be emphasized that the older generation of the Western elite was wiser and have always treated gambling as a terrible disease. Let’s face it, the elites of the West have always known that they have not fully mastered the art of the egregore-matrix impact. That’s why they came up with the method of “checks and balances.” That is, after each action, they needed time to stop and think before making another move that corrects their previous one.
Today we do not set out to explain to the fictionalists why their inventions do not work. Let’s just say that pumping up an impulse with a deliberately unpredictable result is at the very least useless, and may even be extremely dangerous. It is possible to manage only metrologically described processes, those that are understandable to the manager.
